Paper's abstract

Nicolas Grimaldi, About a few questions an art lover would like to present to a law philosopher
Is one allowed to think that art has every right without postulating that it has no relationship with law ? Do those in charge of the State have a right to force singular prejudices as official art ? On the pretence that there is a market of art, is everything and anything art, as soon as the State has given it a certificate? Those are the questions the author asks to the law philosophers.

Key Words : state, prejudice, official art, market of art
