Interdepartemental Arbitration
The word arbitration refers to the prerogative acknowledged to the French Premier ministre to settle disagreements that may arise between the members of his government. Even if it is not subject to any particular procedure, arbitration is usually carried out following precise conventions and material trace thereof is kept. Today one might wonder if the Président de la République acquiesce in a similar power.
