Paper's abstract

Nicolas Castoldi, Bergsonian Variations on the Idea of Law
The Two Sources of Morality and Religion offer a jurisprudence as well as a moral philosophy. The point is therefore to unearth and draw up the links implicitly relating these two veins of Bergson’s philosophical views. It will then be possible to understand how the latter could irrigate the thinking of René-Jean Dupuy and the original understanding he has been offering of an international public law stroked by closure and opening to humanity.
