Philippe Conte, Decriminalization of business law
There is a whole line in favor of the decriminalization of business operations reflecting unspoken ideological positions and misrepresenting legal truth. However, being endowed with a real influence, it allowed the intrumentalization of criminal law, through legislative reforms or judicial evolutions damaging the consistency of the repressive legal system and the crucial republican princi-ple of everybody’s equality in front of cri-minal law. In this discourse tend to repudiate purely and simply the seriousness of economical crime and the danger represents for the very durability of our social organization.
