Philippe Descamps, Study of the final Report by A. Graf considering the recommendations of citizens
When reading the final report of the Etats généraux de la bio-éthique, some questions may arise about the function and status of the words spoken by citizens and experts during this event. It seems in fact that the organizers did not intend to debate on the issues involved in these Etats généraux but rather wished to plebiscite the direction taken in recent years by French laws on bioethics.
