Sandrine Pina, The dissensions in the Vienna School of Legal Theory : The controversy between Fritz Sander and Hans Kelsen
Fritz Sander (1889-1939) is often considered like the « enfant terrible » of the Vienna School of Legal Theory. He was one of the pupils of Hans Kelsen but he will gradually criticize the pure theory of law. He will become one of the main opponents of Kelsen and will elaborate a theory of legal experience. So this article examine the strong controversy between Kelsen and his student.
