Parentality, New Paradigm of the Contemporary Family
The increase of the occurrences of parentality in legal literature forces to question the phenomenon. The theoretical analysis reveals the assaults suffered by the two family institutions that are parental authority and relationship. The technical limits of the corresponding legal rules lead to think that the main point lies elsewhere, in the symbolic functions, mainly individual, of this neologism.
