Inheritances at the time of the new changes of the family
Inheritances are like the shadow, in the law of succession, of family links. This contribution intends to determine in which measure the deep changes the family is undergoing today have an influence on succession law by investigating one after the other the two bedrocks on which family traditionally rested: alliance and relationship.
