Bernard Stirn, Public Order and Civil Liberties
The author begins by studying the scope of the notion of public order, guardian of the fundamental conditions of societal life and thus stretching as far as the objective notion of human dignity but stopping at the subjective assessments of moral or esthetic nature. He then examines the fundamental role of the judge, in particular when exerting the "référé liberté" and the French law of July 24 2015 dealing with intelligence.
