Luc Derepas, Public Order and Migrations
The author goes back over the recent history of aliens legislation by using the distinction between the public orders of direction and protection. He shows that from the basis of "high police" several distinct branches were erected: security, dissuasion and economy. He wonders about the outflanking of this model by the migratory crisis and offers a new conception, partly extra-territorial, of the European migratory public order.
