Michel Bouvier, Reforming a Legal Order with Georges Gurvitch
The author shows how, as a reaction against the individualism born by liberalism, the lawyer and sociologist Georges Gurvitch intends to build a social right, mostly pluralistic, based on groups constituting forms of sociability: this kind of thinking is still a topical issue in our time of digitalization and globalization.
