Bettina Laville, Ecological Public Order. From neighborhood disturbances till the adventure of anthropocene
The author traces the history of environmental law in intertwined private rights, administrative, constitutional and public international. She shows that the notion of ecological damage, of human security and Rights of Humanity might, beyond a mere ethical responsibility, legally embody a true ecological public order.
