Simone Goyard-Fabre, Deadly Rips in the State Fabric
No one will contest that the modern State apparatus today is tired, no to say jaded. The fundamental principles constituting its foundation stones are questioned, in facts as well as in doctrine. This suspicion has its roots in the shortcomings of the intellectual system which formerly promoted the advent of the State. The issue is serious: nowadays, these shortcomings are creating in the State fabric deadly rips through which the main concepts of modern political thought are falling apart. The question is to decide if this spreading "decline" is an accident of history or an inexorable destiny.
