Sandrine Pina, The Circulation of Hans Kelsen's Works in France
This study intends to examine the French reception of the kelsenian theory of law. This reception started in the 1920s with Einsemann's, Duguit's and Carré De Malberg's engagement. It is necessary to evoke also the role played by young legal scholars who dealt with kelsenian concepts. After a period of indifference, Kelsen's doctrine has been successful again from the 1990s. This article focuses on recent reception and development of translation.
