Valérie Lasserre, What are the risks and legal responsibilities linked to the artificialization of the human body?
Asking what are the legal risks and responsibilities linked to the "artificialization" of the human body means in other words how could the law provide answers to this new problems. Which rules should be imagined for the human/technology hybridization ? This law should be able to control the manufacturing of artificial devices, to avoid hazards and to guarantee compensation to victims of accidents, and to protect the human person. These three legal approaches are complementary.
