Thanks to robotic technology, the emergence of new "beings" is about to become a reality. With artificial intelligence, robots are today much more than mere auto-matons: their growing capacities lead them to truly collaborate with humans. Should we worry or rejoice ? One thing is certain : this raises major ethical and legal issues and the challenges to be overcome is huge. Welcome to a new civilization : the robo-humanity.
