Eloïse Kambrun-Favennec, The opening of public data: a prerequisite for predictive justice
The predictability of court decisions rests on legal Open Data and Big Data favored by the French law for a digital Republic of October 7, 2016. This movement to disclose court decisions is part of a broader movement for public open data. Carried out at an international level by intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, it is implemented through more or less ambitious regional and national policies.
