Paper's abstract

Valentin Petev, Virtuality and Construction of Social and Legal Reality
Starting from the achievements of the analytical philosophy of language and the recent epistemological constructivisms, the author tries to show the indeniable links between knowledge as a collective act, language and social practice. He contends that social and legal reality are constructed by our actions and remain insofar at our disposal.
