Magali Bouteille-Brigant, For a "transjuralism"?
Artificial intelligence invades the law as it sweeps across all sectors of activity. If it reveals a real potential to improve and go beyond the limits of current law, it is accompanied by a risk of destabilization of our law. In order to take advantage of this potential, it will be necessary to rethink the formation of the law, to establish a genuine ethics specific to artificial intelligence applied to the law, and to develop the ethical obligations of the magistrates.
