Géraud Guibert, Precautionary principle:finally figuring it clearly
The present contribution shows the new importance of taking hazards into account, particularly in Europe. If the precautionary principle is a requisite, its use in the public debate brings issues to the fore. The health crisis thus sheds light on the need to better organize the governance of this principle, including by involving citizens more closely.
