François Terré, Sociology of law and sociology of art
There is a similarity between the historical movements of art and law, even if the great artistic periods may correspond to crisis of the law. What are the genesis and the destinies of works of art, the influences of the environment, the mediations of the artist and of the lawyer? Two quite recent sociologies are compared in terms of freedom, technique and dialogue. The similarities win over the differences.
