Csaba Varga, About the Nature of the Juridical Establishment of Facts
The author recalls that the facts which are pertinent to law, like those of science and perception, are constructed by man and, in this case, by the judicial system. He then proceeds to show that this conception allows the junction of the ontology of G. Lukacs with the systemic theory of N. Luhmann.
