Knowing and owing: the two words seem antinomic for when one says knowing, one a priori means free diffusion. "One idea remains for ever free". Besides, intellectual properties are conceived so that the intellectual access to knowledge is open to all. However they are expanding and transforming. And through ambiguities and driftings, it is possible to wonder in we are not witnessing today an appropriation of knowledge, reinforced by the practices of "locking": license taken up stream on the verge of discovery or technical protection measures.
