Jean Courtière, The universality of aesthetic creation: the example of perfume
This article begins by recalling the paradoxical character of perfume, a universal product that is intended to allow the customer to use it to express his personality. Then the author considers the various means offered, or refused, by law in order to protect this type of creation : copyright, patent, trademark law, design and models law.
